Heather Gollnick
REVOLUTION3 Triathlon - Marketing & Sponsorship Director
Heather is a Pro Triathlete currently residing in sunny Bradenton, Florida. She is an active mother of three who focuses her boundless energy on her family and her passion for racing. Heather has enjoyed a tremendous amount of success in the sport of Triathlon over the past several years. Heather is a five-time Ironman Champion and past National and World Champion at both the Duathlon and Triathlon level. CEO of IronEdge Coaching, Heather is also a USAT Certified Coach who relishes the opportunity to help others reach their own personal goals.

Todd worked in the field of Professional Education for the past thirteen years and has turned his passion for sport and helping others to IronEdge Coaching and now REVOLUTION3 Triathlon. Todd received his Bachelor’s Degree in Education from the University of Wisconsin. Administrator and Business Manager of IronEdge Coaching.

Eric Opdyke
REVOLUTION3 Triathlon - Race Director
Eric is an age-group triathlete and recently raced in his first Ironman triathlon. He is the Race Director of a Connecticut sprint triathlon which has grown to sell-out under his direction. He has a marketing degree from Syracuse University and a M.B.A. from the University of Connecticut and currently operates his own massage therapy practice in Stamford, Connecticut. Eric is extremely excited to bring his experience in race management and as a triathlete to the REVOLUTION3 Triathlon.

LJ White
REVOLUTION3 Triathlon - Communications Director
LJ White has helped people break through self-imposed limitations and reach levels of achievement they previously thought to be impossible. She brings high-energy, inspiration and motivation to people and teams to have fun and achieve exceptional dreams.
She combines over 18 years of fitness coaching, teaching & training experience with more than ten years of corporate advertising & promotional experience. LJ, an age-group triathlete & a USAT certified race director, understands the dynamics of creating successful, fun and exciting athletic events from both sides of the starting line. She is also the Co-Founder of Fins, Wheels, Feet Racing, a non-profit triathlon race company, dedicated to new triathletes and raising money for Special Olympics.
Her proudest accomplishment is being “Mom” to two wonderful boys.

Adam Eck
REVOLUTION3 Triathlon - Graphic Designer
Adam has worked in the graphic design field for 10 years. During that time he's lent his creative talent to a wide range of people and products including musical artists, restaurants, retail chains, and many more.
Adam has been keeping busy as a new father to a beautiful baby girl, Ollie Rose. His hobbies include: playing fetch with his dog Homer, reading, and playing the guitar.
Although new to the world of triathlon, Adam is very excited to be involved with the expansion and development of the REVOLUTION 3 brand.
